Please bear in mind that due to different monitor settings, resolutions and computer configurations, plus the limited spectrum of colours that a monitor can display, the colours and/or brightness of your print may be slightly different from the image seen on the screen. However in this instance what you get will always be more vibrant and detailed than what can be shown on the website.
Depending on which size print you choose the image may also have to be cropped slightly - however, this process is done by hand to ensure that no important areas of the image are lost.
All items (other than Clearance) are manufactured 'on demand'. Once I receive your order I manually create a digital file copy of my image to fit the product dimensions - including any border preference - and then forward this to the relevant print lab for printing, manufacture and despatch; depending on the time of day your order is received and the number of orders to be processed this can take anywhere from 1 to 12 hours. Print Only orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of my request, mounted and Dibond prints within 3-4 business days and canvases and framed prints within 6-8 business days. For orders made before 12 noon Monday - Friday (GMT, excluding holidays) your order is guaranteed to be placed with the print lab the same day.
Yes. Shipping is charged at cost and depends on the size, weight and destination of the package. Forms to request a shipping cost are available throughout the website.
The current shipping times are shown on each of the product pages.
Prints are shipped without any paper invoices so you can opt to have the print delivered anywhere as a gift by completing the 'Alternate Shipping Address' section during checkout. Please note that the destination address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. The shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address.
Any photo print smaller than 20inch will be sent flat in a cardboard envelope or box with protective rigid packaging. All photo prints larger than and including 20inch prints will be sent in purpose-made print tubes depending on the size and quantity of the prints ordered. Mounted, Dibond Mounted and Canvas prints are packaged in bespoke size corrugated cardboard boxes with protective corners and individual wrapping to ensure they arrive safely.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking details to the mail address that you provided when you placed your order.
Please allow the delivery times given for the product for your print to arrive. If you have not received your items after this time please contact enquiries@realworldart.co.uk and I will investigate. If the parcel has been confirmed lost with the couriers a replacement will be re-printed and dispatched free of charge.
In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in perfect condition then please notify me within 24 hours of receipt so I can contact the manufacturing photo lab to investigate the issue. Please notify me by emailing enquiries@realworldart.co.uk quoting your ORDER ID which can be found in your confirmation email. You should also attach images of the damaged products and/or packaging. Depending on the circumstances you will either receive a replacement or a full refund of the price paid.
For full information about what to do if your print is at fault/damaged please see my Terms & Conditions.
